Our client had a weak online presence and was not convinced of the potential of a website to build its business.

Solution:

Email newsletter template for nonprofit organization

Overview:

A non-profit with the goal of helping young women through equestrian therapy required a monthly newsletter.

Problem:

There was no email program currently in place, but the organization needed a way to stay in contact with its donors.

Solution:

Create a simple email newsletter template in various formats so that the organization could begin sending immediately, even before they chose an email service provider.

We wanted to create an interactive "gamified" email that did not require too much effort from the members.

Solution:

Create an email that was functional in all major email clients and browsers, but still provided excitement to users by using hover or rollover effects to show and hide deals.

Overview:

Access Development recently launched a proprietary travle-booking platform and is looking for the best way to market this platform to members.

Problem:

The conversion rate from the existing abandoned search email was low.

Solution:

Through A/B testing and user testing, we found that by promoting "average savings" as opposed to "maximum savings," our conversion rate more than doubled.

We wanted to delight our members with an email that broke from our normal templates and provided members with a fun experience.

Create a "scroll to play" email with gifs to guide users to continue scrolling, and a payoff at the end.

Data Analysis

SEO, analytics, and social media for photography company

Overview:

Our three-person team helped an Orlando-based photography company navigate the best options for growing their business through organic and non-organic SEO, social media, and Google Analytics.

Problem:

The business had room to grow, but was suffering from lack of SEO and other online growth possibilities.

Solution:

We began our project with a situation analysis of Root Photography, and progressed with that knowledge to analyze their search campaign and analytics goals, their Organic and Non-Organic SEO recommendations, their social media campaign, and then the expected results of the plan.

Assignment Description:

Conduct a data analysis on Air France’s previous campaign data in order to make specific and detailed recommendations for their online Non- Organic SEO efforts going forward.

Non-profit logo and branding

Overview:

A new non-profit start-up required a logo and collateral.

Solution:

By working with the client to explore various logo concepts and researching the brand identities of other businesses in the industry, I was able to come up with a logo and collateral that fit the client's needs and allowed them to build trust with their donors and clients.

Overview:

A well-established library services vendor launched a new service and required a logo and integrated marketing campaign for the new product.

(This was created as an educational project and does not actually represent services offered by the company, nor a relationship between the designer and the brands represented).

Problem:

The new product needed to be distinguished from existing products and presented to potential clients in an engaging way.

Solution:

Create an omnichannel campaign addressing the problems this product solves, as well as the main questions and concerns that may arise from potential clients. Create a new logo, digital materials (such as social media posts, cover photos, and an infographic), as well as printed materials (flyter, postcard, folder) to reach clients across different platforms.
